Verdécor by KnoxOne covers decorative panels, colours, textures and finishes. Knox System by KnoxOne covers hardware, storage, lighting and related functional cabinetry systems. Both are part of KnoxOne.

Yes. Homeowners can explore materials and functional systems, visit the showroom and discuss their preferences with their designer or cabinet maker. Showroom guidance supports selection; project measurement, fabrication and installation need to be confirmed with the relevant project professionals.
How do I choose a Verdécor collection?
Start with the finish and material expression you want, then confirm the available colours, substrate, dimensions and application requirements. Compare physical samples before finalising a selection, and use the current information for the chosen range.
How can I ask about samples or specifications?
Contact the KnoxOne team with your project, preferred products and colours, and the information you need. Sample formats, availability and arrangements depend on the current sample programme and must be confirmed by the team.

Technical information and trade purchasing
Where can I find technical and installation documents?
Use the relevant product page for the current data sheet, installation guide and other available documents. For functional systems, visit the Knox System resources library; for surfaces, visit Verdécor technical data. Confirm that each document matches your product, model and application.
How is trade pricing confirmed?
Trade pricing is confirmed through the applicable customer account or a quotation from the KnoxOne sales team. Provide your company, product selections, quantities and project details so the team can confirm the relevant pricing and ordering requirements.
How do I request an AeroFrame quotation?
Choose the relevant AeroFrame series and complete its current Order Form with the finished dimensions, quantity, frame and panel selections, and other details required by the form. Send it to your Sales Rep for quotation and specification review. A quotation is not production approval.
Does a stock indication guarantee delivery?
No. Availability, allocation and collection or delivery timing must be confirmed for the order. Provide the product details, quantities and project location so the responsible team can confirm the current arrangements.
What should I do if I have a product issue?
Contact the KnoxOne team or your Sales Rep with the product and order details, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. The team will review the information against the applicable product guidance and current published policy.

Are decorative samples free for everyone?
Yes. Any customer may collect Verdécor decorative surface samples and the 2026 Wood Collection folder free of charge. A trade account is not required. Contact KnoxOne to arrange collection; confirm delivery arrangements and any delivery charge separately if you need samples sent to you.
Why do AeroFrame doors have no fixed retail price?
AeroFrame doors are customised to confirmed project dimensions, quantities, cabinet construction and finish selections. Request a project quotation using the correct series Order Form. Review the public specification and quotation pages for AeroLite, AeroMono and AeroAxis.
Does CU4000 identify the connector pin count?
No. CU4000 identifies the VOXAURA control-unit series. The series includes 2-pin, 3-pin, 4-pin and 6-pin configurations. Select by the exact SKU, voltage, colour system, output connectors and control mode. The 24 V RGB synchronous version, SKU 113.10.01.001, uses 4-pin RGB connections; its six outputs are 4-pin. The Smart-Driver and compatible remote are ordered separately.
