Sustainability at KnoxOne

SUSTAINABILITY AT KNOXONE

Better materials.
Healthier interiors.
Performance made to last.

KnoxOne brings together decorative materials and cabinetry systems selected for responsible sourcing, lower-emission interiors and dependable long-term use. Environmental and performance information is presented by product range, with relevant documentation linked to its applicable scope.

01 / MATERIALS & SOURCING

Responsible Materials.
Clearly Sourced.

Verdécor MDF and particleboard panels use FSC-certified substrates sourced through managed supply chains. Fast-growing eucalyptus and pine provide a consistent fibre base for engineered panels, while advanced printing and surface technologies deliver the depth and texture required for contemporary cabinetry. Applicable sourcing documentation should be read together with the relevant product range and certificate scope.

02 / INTERIOR EMISSIONS

Lower Emissions for
Interior Applications.

Verdécor MDF and particleboard panels are tested for Super E0 formaldehyde emission performance, with VOC performance assessed separately under the relevant test method.

MDI-based bonding technology avoids added formaldehyde in the resin chemistry. Because formaldehyde emissions, VOC emissions and bonding technology describe different aspects of the panel, each should be supported by its own applicable certificate or technical document.

03 / DURABILITY & SERVICE LIFE

Durability Is Part of
Responsible Use.

Products that remain reliable in everyday use can reduce premature replacement and the additional materials, transport and labour it creates.

Testing requirements vary across hinges, runners, storage systems, lighting, power supplies and controls. Relevant performance and compliance information should therefore be provided by product family—not presented as one universal test program. Hardware may require cycle, load or corrosion testing; lighting and electrical products require their own safety and thermal assessment. Refer to the applicable product or technical page for current documentation.

04 / CERTIFICATION SCOPE

Standards With a
Defined Scope.

Certificates may apply to a specific product range, substrate or manufacturing facility. They do not automatically apply to every KnoxOne product. Each document should be read together with its named certificate holder, applicable scope, issuing body and validity period. Product-level reports and facility-level management-system certificates serve different purposes and should be presented separately.
