Returns & Restocking Policy

A brand of Knox One Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Company”)

Thank you for choosing Verdecor. To ensure a clear understanding of our service standards and responsibilities, please carefully review our Returns & Restocking Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Unopened or intact packaging
  • No cutting, drilling, installation, or modification
  • No damage, stains, moisture exposure, or deformation

    1.3 Custom-made items, special-order colours, non-stock products, or cut-to-size panels are not eligible for return.

2. Return Period – 7 Days

2.1 Customers may lodge a return request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2.2 Any return request submitted after the 7-day period must receive written approval from an authorised Verdecor sales representative (Knox One Pty Ltd).

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse return requests submitted beyond the 7-day period.

3. Restocking Fee

3.1 All change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of:

15% of the invoice value OR AUD $60, whichever is greater.

3.2 The restocking fee covers the following:

  • Warehouse handling and labour
  • Product inspection
  • Repackaging
  • One standard pickup within our service zone (no additional transport charge)

3.3 Additional logistics charges may apply for:

  • Tail-lift truck requirement
  • Restricted or difficult site access
  • Extra labour required
  • Pickup outside standard service areas

    Any such charges will be communicated prior to return confirmation.

4. Return Logistics

4.1 The Company provides one standard pickup for eligible returns, included within the restocking fee.

4.2 Customers may alternatively return goods at their own cost to the designated Verdecor warehouse (operated by Knox One Pty Ltd).

4.3 Goods damaged during return transport due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Cut-to-size or modified products
  • Special-order colours or non-stock items
  • Installed, used, damaged, or moisture-affected goods
  • Products not in resellable condition

6. Quality Issues

Where a return is required due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error, the Company will arrange replacement or refund without any restocking or transport fees.

7. Company Rights

Knox One Pty Ltd reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated through official Verdecor channels.
