The laundry setting at KnoxOne’s Braeside showroom starts with the work that happens in the room. Sorting, preparation, washing, drying and finishing define the arrangement of one coordinated wall. BASISTEM places storage around those tasks, while VOXAURA lighting and Verdécor surfaces complete the service zones and cabinetry.
Follow the care cycle
The sequence begins with sorting. Four deep drawers create separate drop zones before washing. Preparation follows, with pull-down baskets placing detergent and daily care products within reach. The washer and dryer then form the central appliance zone, keeping the main washing and drying stages together.
Finishing and pressing sit beside the dryer. A pull-out hanger provides temporary hanging space, while dedicated storage accommodates the steamer, iron and folded ironing board. The arrangement follows the clothes through the care cycle instead of leaving those final tasks to a separate corner.
Support the main work with nearby storage
The side cabinets extend that logic. Reserve supplies and household-cleaning equipment sit in the tall-cabinet zone on the left; hanging, steaming and ironing are supported on the right. Upper storage holds occasional supplies without taking over the daily working area.
The case brings together BASISTEM LUGANO, OLTEN, MOUTIER and SCHIERS applications. Each addresses a particular storage or access task within the wall, rather than acting as an interchangeable accessory.
Reveal the service zone when it is needed
A VOXAURA wireless sensor switch links the cabinet door with the integrated light. The sequence runs from door closed and light off, through the opening movement being detected, to an illuminated service zone.
Verdécor gives the complete wall a coordinated appearance. Platinum White forms the outer doors and light surfaces, Flint Grey brings contrast to the service zone, and Harmony Walnut introduces warmth within the cabinet body.
